MANETAINED is the brainchild of marketing entrepreneur Vinny Sehravat.
The company’s mission statement is simple:
“We help men with beards of all types nourish their manes in just two weeks with our custom-made all natural blends.”
$1 from every sale made will be donated to the Youth Without Shelter Charity.
THE WHY BEHIND MANETAINED
Sehravat’s mission is twofold. First, he is launching a line of affordable, all vegan, all organic facial hair care products. Oil influencer Our Oily House, well known for compounding oil blends, has collaborated in the formulation of the MAINTAINED product line.
Secondly, he is using the process of building his product line as an e-commerce business model to be shared with other entrepreneurs.
Sehravat realized, through his interactions with e-commerce entrepreneurs, that many of them possessed good ideas but lacked the knowledge and savvy to execute those ideas. After falling victim to a lack of beard oil brought on by quarantine measures, Vinny decided to launch an e-commerce line of beard care products with 100% of the content being garnered from his social media community. Not only did he post the steps that were being taken, but he explained the logic behind the thought process. In this way he has created a blueprint that is readily available for any of his fellow entrepreneurs to follow.
Everything from product naming to marketing via social media was done with the input and feedback of his social media followers.
