The main purpose of beard oil is to keep the skin nourished, keep away the itchiness, keep away beardruff, soften your beard hair, keep it moisturized, the list goes on.

To see your beard oil do real magic for your beard, you will need a couple items to help distribute the beard oil.

1) A spray bottle that has a mist setting

2) A comb and/or boar hair brush.

Now, below we've listed two methods on how to apply beard oil. The first is what we call The Palm Method and the second is the Dropper to Skin Method.

METHOD #1: The Palm Method

Step 1:

You want your beard a little damp (not too wet) so you will use the water bottle and spritz some water on your beard. By doing this it will help spread the oil through the beard hair. If you do not have a water bottle, it's best to dampen your beard either after shower or by giving it a sink splash.

Step 2:

Pick out your beard oil.

Step 3:

Put the desired amount into the palm of your hand.

Note: the bigger the beard the more you will need, for example, I have almost a nine inch beard and I use a full dropper, but the porosity of your hair will play a factor as well. The first few times you may need to play around the amount you use. If the beard oil you have has a restrictor top instead of a dropper just shake out desired amount into palm.

Step 4:

Rub together in palm of hands and coat the fingertips with the oil.

Step 5:

Rub fingertips around skin under beard then use the excess that was on the palms and rub around into beard.

Step 6:

Take your comb or brush and groom your beard. This will also help spread the oil through the beard.

METHOD #2: The Dropper To Skin Method

Steps 1 and 2 are the same as palm method!

Step 1:

You want your beard a little damp (not too wet) so you will use the water bottle and spritz some water on your beard. By doing this will help spread the oil through the beard hair.

If you do not have a water bottle, it's best to dampen your beard either after shower or by giving it a sink splash.

Step 2:

Pick out your beard oil.

Step 3:

Get oil into the dropper then take the dropper and place the end of the dropper to the skin and squeeze a tiny amount and do this throughout the beard until the dropper is empty.
